Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Return
- Item must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and match the batch/COA provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products
- Products stored or handled outside recommended conditions
- Custom or special-order items
- Any product returned after 14 days
How to Request a Return
- Email contact@peptidology.store within 14 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Reason for return
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address (USA or Dubai depending on origin).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/incorrect.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method minus original shipping fees.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Damaged/defective items will be replaced or fully refunded (including original shipping) at our discretion.
Damaged Shipments If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and notify us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.
